I am more than slightly obsessed. I have a bunch of vintage craft books with pretty patterns that I want to try! Also...I am majorly on the lookout for awesome pieces while thrifting.

Bossypants is sooooo funny. I loved Tina Fey before but now I like her even more. Hilarious. I am only part way through but I highly recommend this book!

2. This Now We're Cooking Print
I love it! So cute for a kitchen.

1. Cherries
I have been eating so many cherries lately! Definitely a summer time favourite.

Tonight Ivan and I are going up to visit family and see the house that my dad grew up in! I am really excited and I can't wait to take some photos of it!

What are you up to today?

  1. I can't wait to read Bossypants! I don't know what's holding me back, haha.
    Today is all about hanging out with my bestie Sarah who is visiting from Minnesota. We'll be enjoying the great weather in the park and going to an improv comedy show tonight. Should be fun!

  6. Everything about this post if right up my alley. I live right on the outskirts of Amish country, so I find some amazing crewel and embroidered pieces constantly.

    And I ate a bag of cherries the other day. In one sitting. By myself.
    And I'm okay with that.

  11. Hi!

    I really LOVE cherries <3! but the sad part is that i live in Mexico and here cheries are very expensive so i cant eat them that often): instead I eat bananas, i cut them in round shape and paint them red and think that im eating cheries... (jaja what a bad joke...sorry)

    Love your blog and your hair!

    Hope you´re having a lovely day full of inspiration and cherries(;
