photos :: thanksgiving baking

I spent a lot of the time in the kitchen on Sunday and Monday. We had a bunch of family dinners to attend and I did some cupcake baking and tried my hand at pie making. Yum yum yum! I have some really great vegan cookbooks so I had a lot of options. I ended up making chocolate chip pumpkin cupcakes from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World and Smlove Pie from Veganomicon.  Here are a few snapshots from my baking adventures.
Just looking at that pie makes me want some more! Delicious!

Did everyone have a good weekend? I hope so!

    I did have a great thanksgiving weekend - loads of food, good times with friends and got a lot done around the house too, including some crafts!

  15. Smlove is one of my favorites, your is beauteous! It works really great if you use the Gigantoid Oatmeal Cookies from VWAV instead of pie crust!

  21. Wow! Super-pretty and super-delicious, by the looks of it! I just wished someone would invent some sort of computer-like machine that allows bloggers to try each other's baked goods simply by looking at their photos.
