This is one of the pretty new skirts I bought. I think it is my favourite one and I really want to find some more with the same shape in different colours. Also, see my pretty ring! Savannah was so sweet to send it to me. I love old keys and it was a great idea to make them into cute rings.
Normally I can't stand when my hair fades but I am actually really into the way these colours are fading! Just pretend you can't see my super long roots, ok? ;)
I have a few small, medium and large sponsor spots available for October if anyone is interested. October will be an exciting month (lots of new things going on!) and I would love for you to be a part of my blog. Sponsorship has changed a bit so please check out the sponsor page for more information. If you are interested in sponsoring please email me at loveelycia[at]gmail[dot]com.
As some of you may have seen through twitter...I got cute new glasses!
I ordered my glasses from Warby Parker because I thought that their frames were adorable. I got 2 pairs because I just couldn't decide which ones I liked best. Here they are...
These ones are the Crosby frames. I love really large glasses (regular and sunglasses) and these ones are perfectly nerdy.
These ones are the Tenley frames. I love the cat eye look so much. Extra bonus...I feel very Amy Morby in these, which is a good thing!
I was very impressed with Warby Parker's customer service. My prescription was written in a strange way that I couldn't interpret so I emailed them and they asked me to scan in/take a photo of the prescription. I guess it was missing some information so they phoned my eye doctor and got it sorted out! How awesome is that?
Probably the best part was how fast I received the glasses. I placed my order on Monday night (late) and I had my glasses in my hot little hands by Thursday! I am very impatient when waiting for things to ship so this was just the best thing ever to me. Impressive.
Do you have a pair of Warby Parkers? I would love to see which pair you chose!
ps. I am not being paid to tell you how much I love my glasses...I am just truly a satisfied customer!
A few weeks ago I really fell in love with drawing again! So of course I took that opportunity to draw a few of my favourite blog ladies. (I actually have a few more to show you but they are only half finished as of now).
So much fun! Like I said, I have a few other blog pals in the works so stay tuned. If you are interested in a custom drawing I would love to chat! As of right now I will be taking a limited number of commissions for digital copies of drawings so email me at loveelycia[at]gmail[dot]com for more information and details on pricing if you are interested! If you have emailed me in the past and I said I wasn't doing drawings at the time...now is your chance! Thanks friends!
I have been thinking about home decor a lot lately (in case you can't tell by this post). I absolutely can't wait to not live in a basement and to be able to make a cute little home for Ivan, myself and the kitties. We are on our way to a home inspection today so cross your fingers for us!
