I am a crafty, vintage loving, cat lady who lives in a cute house on a quiet street with my husband and our 2 cats. i have a degree in chemical engineering but i work as a full time blogger, part time dreamer. I have a few really exciting projects in the works this year and I am excited to tell you more about them as they progress. I started the ♥elycia blog in January 2010 and i have had so much fun meeting people and building my little home on the internet.

 

mostly i blog about Things I Like, cute DIYs, fun things in my Daily Life, the occasional vegan Recipe, photos i take, cat stuff, and some interesting Outfit posts. Also, i loooove doing video blogs.

These 3 have starring roles on the blog. The cats are Anakin (orange) and Farva (black & white) and they are so funny. i ♥ my cats.

The boy is ivan, my husband. we have been dating since February 2002 and i think he is the greatest person ever. ivan is an amazing guitar player, a good cook and he's super smart. i'm not biased, i promise :) ivan and i do pretty much everything together so you will see a lot of him. we got married in June of 2011 and have officially started living happily ever after.
