hi! here a few things i love love this week.

i heard this yesterday at the hair salon and i remembered how obsessed i became when i first heard it. i metric

4. pretty knit hats. i'm starting to get excited for cooler weather
i love hats.

3. gemma bear
cute overload. and i love the shop name. sometimes i call my one kitty anakin bear. and sometimes ivan is ivan bear...or ivan beard. hehe.

i just started rewatching this from the beginning. so amazing. i love their outfits and i really like seeing how different things were back then (i know it's tv so it's probably not 100% accurate, haha).

right now i have some dye processing in my hair and tonight i'm meeting up with some friends from school. so exciting! i'm super bad at keeping in touch so i get really excited when we actually get together! have a great friday!

  3. I've never heard of Metric before, but that song and the video is lovely! I love the knit hats, too. I hope that it starts getting cooler soon!!

  5. my room mate plays the piano and sings and Metric is one of her biggest inspirations. She showed me this video and I instantly loved it. It gives me chills. I love how it shows her getting ready. Amazing song!

  6. I just saw Metric in concert for the 2nd time last Friday. Emily Haines is amazing live! She also has another band, more mellow - Emily Haines and the Soft Skeleton.

  7. i think that is my favourite metric song, we saw them in kingston this summer!
    also, the bright crochet's are great!

  8. I love the crochet hats made by miss indie. Puts my crocheting to shame lol!
