food > i baked donuts!

Ever since I saw this post on Kaylah's blog I have been keeping my eyes peeled for a donut pan at the thrift stores. Well...I found one on Thursday so on Friday I made these!
the first batch I didn't use food colouring...and they totally looked like cheerios! Also, they were pretty little, I could have added more batter.
ahhh, much prettier :)

P.S. My spell check says 'donuts' is a word, but 'donut' is not... I think it wants me to spell it 'doughnut'. Ha ha ha.

  11. I just made some baked mini donuts a few weeks ago! :) They were good but I'd like to try another recipe for the icing, mine just tasted way too sugary.

  17. My grandma bought me a donut pan for Christmas and I think I've forgotten all about it. How can I forget something so cool in my cupboard? Hmm, I think I'll start searching for the perfect sour cream glazed recipe. If I find a vegan version want to come to Peterborough and have an AD/makeup party?
