Photos :: 365 (October 28 - November 3)

301/365 :: Milo is just doing some light reading.
302/365 :: A few baby things. That creepy clown belonged to me when I was a baby. It plays music...actually it plays 'Send in the Clowns', ha! Geeze, I really need to just post a full room tour. I am becoming the absolute worst blogger there is.
303/365 :: Pinny is the messiest and piggiest eater out of all the cats. That's saying a lot because I thought Farva was the piggiest cat ever.
304/365 :: I don't even know what to say about this one.
305/365 :: November first was a very gloomy day. It's weird but I love taking photos every once and a while just to show what the weather was like. I think it will be neat to look back and see what certain days were like.
306/365 :: Someone does not look happy. Milo actually looks like he is plotting against me for taking so many photos of him.
307/365 :: I really wanted to take a pretty photo of some leaves today but then Milo was super unhappy on our walk for some reason and I couldn't get a shot. So instead we have this neat photo that I took as the sun was coming in the living room in the afternoon.

I feel like every week I am talking about something that I can't believe. This week I can't believe it is November. I really, really, really can't believe this one. I have no idea where the time has gone and the year will be over so soon. Ok, I won't get too far ahead of myself, we still have some time left this year.

Daylight savings is weird with a baby. They don't realize that they get to sleep in an extra hour and when you are driving home at 6:30 they are positive it is still 7:30 and are very upset about the fact that they are not all snuggled up and ready for bed. I was anticipating that second one but it was still a bummer for everyone in the car. We need to slowly ease Milo into to time change I guess. Or maybe we will just have to make sure we're home 6:00pm for the rest of the winter. We will see!

I hope everyone had a good weekend!

  1. Children ruin the very best part of daylight savings time. Not cool babies.

  3. At least your cats eat dry food - my cats are messy little piglets who leave wet food droppings all around their food bowl. And one of them will walk away with wet food all over his mouth and then put it on you... they're such animals!!

  4. I am so glad we don't do DST in Saskatchewan! Though it does mean that the times that TV shows come on changes twice a year which can be a little irritating. But we never have to worry about changing the time on our stove or in our car!

  7. You are a lucky lady if you can get your cute little one to go to bed at 7:30! Mine is still awake and kicking at 10... anyways, I get what you say about this year going so fast, I think you may be feeling that because that's probably how childbearing years feel like, don't you think? BTW that little crocodile is already looking like a big boy!

  8. !!!
    My grandmother had that very same clown music box! I used to play with it (play it?) because I really liked how the song sounded, which weirdly has not much to do with clowns at all and a whole lot to do with sadness and wrecked relationships. I didn't know that my whole life until I accidentally made norman and I audition for a friend's ill-fated production of 'a little night music' in Kyoto. small world.
