Photos :: 365 (February 4 - 10)

35/365 :: Milo meets sand. Milo also tries to eat sand.
36/365 :: Milo hanging out at the bar with Grampa.
37/365 :: Yeah, yeah. More palm trees. These ones are my favourite though; they remind me of something from dinosaur times.
38/365 :: Pretty table decorations at Adelheidi's (a great spot in downtown Naples for organic gelato & sorbet).
39/365 :: More pretty flowers on our last day in Florida.
40/365 :: Back at home looking at Milo's full shelf.
41/365 :: Catching up on granny squares.
There we go, all caught up on my 365 project! I know I will say this all year but I can't believe more than a month has gone by already. It's pretty mind blowing how time flies.

This past weekend I finally tackled my emails. It was a pretty overwhelming job because I had emails from September that I hadn't replied to. I know, I'm terrible! It was realllly embarassing and I ended up deleting a whole bunch because I just felt ridiculous replying so late. So, if you emailed me and didn't hear back I am very, very, sorry. I promise to be better from here on out and I am going to try to respond to things daily. Again...so, so sorry if I didn't respond to your email.

Ok, well, that's it for today! Have a good one.

  1. Florida looks so warm! The floods on this side of the UK are getting so bad, I wish the rain would stop!

  2. I love when you come to my homestate! I am in Gainesville, which is north central Florida. -- I hope you got at least a little bit of warmth and sunshine. Naples is SO beautiful. - We've been getting lots of rain and cold! (Though I know that "cold" is subjective. OUR cold is anything under 70, lol.)

    1. We had great weather! Apparently the best all season. It was in the 80s most of the time!

  3. I just love your yarn! I might have asked already or you might have already mentioned it but what yarn are you using for your granny squares? They're super cute!

    1. It's a mixture. A bunch of it is Loops & Threads and them some is Read Heart (I think) and then a few are thrifted.
