Photos :: 365 (February 18 - 24, 2014)

49/365 :: Snow starting to melt and fall off our awning. Awning is a word, right? I never would have questioned it but I don't think it's a word I have ever typed before and it looks weird. You know what else looks weird? Snow in March. Get out of here snow! (I know this photo was from February but it's still here!)
50/365 :: This kid has such great eyes. Milo is sleeping right now but seeing this photo makes me want to wake him up and snuggle the heck out of him.
51/365 :: He's thinking of starting a blog.
52/365 :: We take oral hygiene very seriously around here. We don't just brush our teeth, we comb them.
53/365 :: Boo! It's me. This was before I went to solid blue on the bottom. I was not digging the dark on top and light on the bottom look.
54/365 :: Spiralized zucchini looks so neat!
55/365 :: This photo makes me laugh. Milo looks pretty hardcore. You could definitely put a funny caption on this photo but it's too much pressure for me to come up with a really good one.
I am way behind on these updates. I'll catch up in the next little bit because I have still been taking my photos everyday and I want them all on my blog for documentation purposes.

On a side note, Ivan is watching Twin Peaks while I'm sitting at the kitchen table typing this up and the episode he is watchin has lots of good lines. Really, every episode has lots of good lines. Man, I love that show.

  3. Love that last one. Like he's saying... "Step. Away. This is MY treat!" I'm like that too sometimes (protective of my treats!). And the comb one, with the green carpet, looks like it was taken outside on the grass - perfect choice for the first day of spring. :)

  4. My goodness Milo has crazy eyes. They're so full of life and wonder, absolutely gorgeous. Is your blanket finished?

    1. Ha! No, not even close. That is a (much smaller) blanket that I made for Milo.

  5. Ooh which episode? One of my favorite lines is Donna's monologue by Laura's grave and she's like "IT'S LIKE THEY DIDN'T BURY YOU DEEP ENOUGH!!!" hahaha, so good.

    1. It was the episode when Leo says, "Leo needs a new pair of shoes" and Shelley says, "Leo Johnson happened". That second one is in reference to a very unfunny situation but I just think that is a funny way to put it. That is a good line, so dramatic!
      Oh, another favourite scene is when James goes away and then comes back and he and Donna are talking and James has, like, zero emotion. He is totally monotone. It just makes me laugh so much. I basically find almost everything about Twin Peaks funny, whether it is supposed to be or not. Don't even get me started on the "Just You & Me" song.

    2. Oh my god, don't get me started either on that song. I hate James and his forehead.

    3. Haha! Oh my gosh, yes. The worst is that side story with James and Evelyn. It is so soap opera-ish and out of no where.

    1. This spiralizes pretty much anything! I've only tried zucchini and daikon so far but I want to try beets. Beets are my favourite!!

    2. I love beets too! Some people say they taste like dirt, which I kinda get, but I think that's what I like best about them....

    1. Yep, he'll probably be trouble! I think I would miss snow if I didn't have it but I could really do with a lot less of it this year. Really, about 2 weeks of snow around Christmas would be just perfect.
