I am simultaneously totally thrilled and not that excited about this dress. I love the colour, the collar detail, the length and the cut...but it does not have the most flattering side profile for a pregnant girl. Other than that little detail though I am so crazy about it and can't wait to wear it all the time after this baby makes his way out. Oh yeah, and while we are talking about pregnancy related clothing problems, just ignore that tights line. They fit last time I wore them! Now they just don't go up over my belly. Oops!

Ok, now that I have pointed out everything that is wrong with this outfit which I probably should have just not mentioned and then most of you may not have noticed, I need to say how much I love the colour combo Kaylah and I have going. We always seem to accidentally match/compliment each other really well for our outfit photos. It's a gift. We don't even plan them in advance!

I really can't wait until our outfit photos are being taken on a beautiful, warm spring day. I hope that day comes soon because seriously I think I might snap if I see another snowflake!

The title of this post refers to that last photo. We could totally be in a department store catalogue with that one. Maybe not a spring one though...there's too much snow. Yep, that's the only problem with that photo.

It is very hard to choose serious photos to post when Kaylah and I take outfit photos together. As we are taking the photos I usually like to do a bit of a running commentary of what we are doing at that moment and that usually gets us laughing and looking silly in 90% of the pictures.

Oh, and I guess I shoul mention something about my outfit. I'll choose my shoes. I have been debating sequin shoes for a really long time and I finally took the plunge with these cute ones from Blowfish. I love them!

Before I get started I just need you guys to pretend that I don't have super long roots. Okay, are you all pretending? Perfect, thank you.

Kaylah and I got up to our old tricks of wearing the same dress again. This time they were different colours (duh) but still very matchy and fun. This might be my new favourite dress. It is such a nice cut and I am really happy that they make them in about a million different patterns because I might need to add more to my collection.

We were absolutely freezing while taking these photos even though it was supposed to be not super freezing out that day. My feet felt like they were going to fall off! I'm telling you this because I just want you guys to be impressed at what troopers we are.

Kaylah and I were so excited when we left to go take outfit photos and it was snowing a little. By the time we got to our destination it was snowing these huge, crazy clumped together snowflakes. I just love the way these photos turned out with all of the snow falling. So pretty!

I really wanted to expand my nude tights collection and as much as I like the style of these ones, they are the kind of material that isn't really normal, stretchy tights material. They get kind of baggy around the ankles and knees once you've been wearing them for a little bit. Not the perfect tights but the black line up the back is pretty cute.

I don't have much else to say about these photos. I think I keep getting distracted by how cool the snow looks when I try to write things. I hope everyone has a good Thursday!

I am well aware that I shared way more photos than you are probably interested in looking at but it was so hard to choose and I went a little crazy. I just love the way all of the colours go together, so bright, fun and happy.

What? What's that? We're wearing the same dress?! Oh, how embarassing. I'm pretty sure I remember someone requesting that we do an outfit post wearing the same thing and that person just got their wish. Kaylah and I thought it would be pretty fun/funny/awesome/ridiculous to wear the same dress and style it our own way. Well, "our own way" turned out to be pretty similar in this case, right down to both wearing fox rings without realizing it. I love the way the photos turned out and it was pretty funny to walk around all day wearing basically the same thing. Full disclosure: Kaylah wore a long coat to hide her dress so we didn't get funny looks all day long. Oh yeah, and looking at these photos, I totally think Kaylah should wear glasses more often. You look so cute in them Kaylah!
